Thank you for logging in to eServices, we are now operating a more effective portal called Inspection Hub,
if you would like to register to use that now, please complete the registration form here [inspection hub form]
We will respond to your request within 7 days.

Please note that if you are the first registered user of Inspection Hub from your organisation you will be assigned the role of Administrator. Your access will default to ALL locations, you will receive emailed reports for all inspections undertaken, you can defer delivery to another email recipient manged within your own account.
This is to comply with our statutory duty to deliver reports to you. As the Administrator for your organisation, you will be able to add and remove users and assign their roles (Administrator, Standard user, Delegated accounts).
If this is not you, then please advise us of who will take this role and then once they are set up, we can roll out to additional users.

The eServices platform will be closing at the end of June 2026 as all clients move to Inspection Hub. Please note that clients may wish to transfer any of their own uploaded materials to the new portal as they deem relevant. Allianz do not have access to the customers previous uploads and anything important should be uploaded to the new account when it has been created.
